If you selected UPS, Priority Mail, or Express Mail service, your tracking number will be posted in your order comments. If you selected First Class Mail this service is not trackable and takes from 2-7 days for delivery.

How fast can I get my order?
Our goal is to ship all order within 24 business hours. We offer Express Mail (1-2 days) and Overnight delivery within the United States and EMS International shipping which takes 3-7 days. To avoid delays please double check that all your payment information, shipping and billing address are correct before submitting your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How much is shipping?
It depends... Each order is different and the shipping cost is calculated during checkout using the estimated package weight and real time price information from USPS and UPS servers. You will always be able to view all the shipping options before you pay for your order. Please be aware that some large display cases are very heavy and expensive to ship internationally. We recommend you combine your order with jewelry to be more cost effective.

May I reuse pictures of your body jewelry on my web site?
Yes! You may use Desert Trends pictures of body jewelry only while you are a current customer. You must contact us first and tell us where the pictures will be placed. You may not link directly to any images on our server.

Can you send me a catalog to show customers?
We do not publish a paper catalog. This keeps our costs low and we can pass the savings onto our customers. It also allows us to add new products weekly instead of a few times per year. We are in the process of assembling a downloadable PDF catalog - contact us if you would like us to send you a copy when it is ready.

I don't see the style I'm looking for. Can you make it?
Ye, We can produce custom styles and logos for you. The minimum quantity is between 100 and 300 pieces. Please contact a sales representative for details.

Yes, we are very flexible in order fulfillment. If you only want a certain style of dangle or need just PG rated logos, simply add a clear note to your order comments and we'll be sure to send what you need. If you only want a certain gauge in a lot, we may have to adjust the number of pieces in the lot. Please contact a sales representative for more details.

Do you have a minimum order required?
The only order minimum we enforce is $15.00. However, you'll receive much better pricing when you select our $50 pre-made lots and mixed lots.

Are all your products in stock?
We have approximately 97% of items in stock at any given time. If an item you order is not in stock we will contact you via email and ask if you would like to cancel the item or backorder it.

Do you ship COD?
Yes. We will ship COD orders to established businesses in the United States only. To place a COD order, select the Check/ Money Order option during checkout and write SHIP COD in the order comments section. There will be a COD charge added to your order - this amount
is between $8.00 - $20.00 depending on the value of your order. COD's MUST be paid with a Money Order ONLY. No business or personal checks.We will email you with the exact amount due, so you can have a money order ready. If you refuse a COD package we send, we will not do business again with you until all shipping and COD charges due are paid.

Do I need a resell/ business license to purchase wholesale jewelry?
You do not need any license to purchase from Desert Trends. You only need to show us a resell license if you're shipping address is in Arizona and you want tax exemption.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax on retail orders shipped within the state of Arizona. To avoid taxes, you must email us a copy of your reseller license. No taxes are charged for delivery outside Arizona.

Our International Shipping rates are very affordable. (Body Jewelry is not very heavy!). To ensure credit card security, we will only accept internet order from countries on the list. If your country is not on the list you can still place an order via email or telephone. For some countries payment via wire transfer or Western Union is required.
