Shipping charges will automatically be calculated at checkout based on real time information from UPS and USPS about your address and the level of service you desire. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours during business days. If there is a delay you will be notified by email.

After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from us. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships out. Occasionally an item will be backordered and you receive notice that your order is backordered. Such orders may take up to two weeks to ship. If you need to cancel a backorder, please reply to the email you receive.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all online orders shipped to AZ. There is no sales tax for orders shipped elsewhere. If you are in Arizona and hold a resale permit you can fax a copy to 1-480-718-7715. In order to process your order without sales tax, you must call or email subsequent orders.
